Royal West Football Club is an active member of Calgary Minor Soccer Association (CMSA), who provides developmental and educational opportunities for all players, coaches, and referees of all ages and skill levels. CMSA organizes youth soccer for 26 member organizations in Calgary and 8 out of district member clubs - concluding of more than 850 teams and over 20,000 players, making CMSA the largest youth sport organization in Western Canada.

As passionate soccer advocates, Royal West stays up to date with what the rest of the world is doing in our sport in order to offer the best programming to our players. RWFC is dedicated to teaching the highest quality of technical and tactical training to all our young athletes. Our program guide model is the FIFA Grassroots Guide which is also followed by Canada Soccer Association (CSA) and the Alberta Soccer Association (ASA)
